Hi friends, I have a situation, my husband's and daughter visa application was filed on Nov 6th, they have a refusal before, the reason for refusal was we didn't provide the additional medical exam report of Sputum test on time and the request for that test was receive just 3 days before getting the refusal via medical center. Previous application was file in May 2023 and got the refusal in Aug 2023. Later after completing the sputum test in Aug, 2023 itself, we applied for their visa again in Nov with all documentation but there's no update on their application (the sputum test came negative too as my husband didn't have a history of tb or any other disease). I don't know if the reason for not getting any progress in the application is because we applied their latest application on new IME as their previous medical expired in Sep 23 and the sputum test result is linked to that, we have already explained these details in SOP. Even if they won't consider the Sputum test linked to expired medical, they didn't send any new request on his current IME and it is confirmed by the medical center that they don't see any new request from CIC for any further test. I am in Canada since 1 year, having difficulty coping up with this situation and was in ER last week for seizers and rule out stroke, now I wanted to ask if I submit a webform mentioning my health condition with my CT scan report, will it help to expedite the process or at least get any update on their application. I know this is a unique situation, but I would appreciate if any one could help me know anything related to this situation. An insight from someone with similar experience would also be helpful.
