Hi, I have a couple of questions. Here is the situation.
My husband is graduating college in may 24th. After that he is going to apply for PGWP.
Because we were not married when he started college I came to Canada on IEC, and then got a tourist extension for 6 months, which expired may 13th. Initially we wanted to apply for my sowp from within Canada, so I requested an additional extension of visitor stay which got refused.
My questions are:
1- do you think it's worth for me to overstay for a clue of weeks, and then pay for status restoration at the ends of may, when we apply for pgwp and sowp? (I am worried it will affect my future application and possibly pr)

2- If I go back home and apply for sopw outland, I will be asked to prove my purpose of travel (return ticket, etc). Because my husband is entitled to 2/3 years pgwp I do not intend to purchase a return ticket yet, so what can I use as purpose of travel? Is a LoE stating that we want to be together and that I want to gain Canadian work experience ok?

3- applying as outland, will they ask me for letters of experience from my previous employers? (When I worked here on IEC I didn't work any skilled job)

Hi. My husband's SOWP visa rejected twice and visitor once. SOWP applied on July 2018, Visitor Visa on December'2018. I was a student both times. Third time I am on PGOWP and also NOC B category job. And applied SOWP in April'2019 and got rejected again after 10days of applying.

It will at least tell you the reason for rejection and you can rectify that and reapply. So the notes will mention the act under which your file was rejected and you can get in the details of it, and rectify the issue

90k is not sufficient, you have to present the business document (ignore the profits). Any property documents, any FDs etc.
And if you see your reason of refusal you can atleast work out your profile and accordingly apply for his later on

We presented business document, 40 lakhs rupees in FD and 10 lakhs in account and 60 lakhs property valuation.

Yes we went through lawyer this time, previous 2 times we applied ourselves online. Lawyer said everything was perfect. He is requesting for notes today. But I am worried about the strong ties in India. We are married and been in a relationship from 2007. We gave them all the proofs of relationship. His parents expired in 2013. I am his family. The reason they gave is not convinced to leave caCana after his stay. And other reason is did not meet sowp requirements.

It's better you order it yourself, sometimes the lawyers and consultants do not disclose the complete thing or delay. That is with my personal experience.
Once you get the notes you will understand the reason. Order for both of you. that will at least help to clear one of the application.

Here is my situation, I am currently working in NOC B Category, Sales supervisor. Earlier, i thought of calling my spouse and son on visitor visa but now I consulted a lawyer, he said that they are eligible for SOWP more and that would be legit.
Its already been more than two months of working.
My spouse is working in a good company with full-time working rights from last one year,salary is credited every month in her account.
According to you, should i apply for SOWP?
or should i call them on visitor visa as they are eligible for both?
Please guide me.
