South African with job offers but no work permit

Hi,

I often get job offers from Canada but have a South African passport and most Canadian companies are not prepared to sponsor work permits. I have family in Toronto. I am told at the South African Canadian Embassy that if will take at lest 24-48 months to emmigrate to Canada.
Is there a faster process?
