South African Attorney seeking Immigration Advice / legal position

I'm a 28 year old practising Attorney in South Africa. I have my Masters in Law. I'm desperately trying to find an employer that is willing to take me on in a legal support position (and apply for the necessary LMO). Can anyone give me any advice on how to go about finding such an employer. I recently spent a year in Canada and fell in love with it. I really want to get back to settle there, but need to get myself a work visa first.
