Purple250 said:hello everyone, how do i prove a lawful source of fund if i have no payslips...?? i mean i have a business so what documents would suffice the requirement?
thanks
enywmara said:I am assuming that you are asking about source of funds for a student visa application. If that is the case, the source of funds is actually secondary to the funds being there themselves. CIC doesn't have any business in how you make your money, they just want to know that YOU have the money and you are not just showing it for a short period of time. Payslips are needed to show that you have a steady income. If you do not have payslips, you can always write in a piece of paper the monthly incomes and outgoing of your business.employment.
You can also produce an employment letter which states your salary and if possible state in the letter that you are paid in cash.
Hope this helps.
Purple250 said:yes i am applying for student visa.i wanted to know if i have to show the source of funds bcause i had fixed deposits of 15,00,000 taka which i brought into kuwait and i am showing my bank statements...because of which apart from my business income there will be a sudden increase in the funds in the bank statement. i will show bank statement of 4months. do i still dont need to explain them about the sudden cash inflow of huge amount?
enywmara said:That is a very legitimate question and If I were the visa officer, I would also like to know how the amount came into your account. This is because, too many times candidates just loan money from someone else and keep it in their bank to get the Visa and afterwards give the money back. To be safe, it would be good to enclose a letter of explanation on the source of this fund.
