sop or work experience

hi saurabh here ...

well i want to knw if i m showing my work expereince of last three years .. as i have completed my law in 2008 nd i have got it wriiten from our bar association that i have been practicing as a lawyer over there .. so do i need to submit a sop because i think its required only whn u have to prove the course relevance to ur previous studies .. well i have selected paralegal graduate certificate so it is quit relevant to my previous studies .. can u plzz let me knw if sop is required in my profile

i dont think so any of documnt is required because spp demands less documntation as it is written on there site .. so i dun wnt to add any extra documnt excpt my student loan nd work expereince ..of three years

Nothing wrong in showing work experience certificate.
but what the senior member said it is not compulsory to put certificate,according to checklist.

better if you refer checklist of spp

1. Perhaps you need to spend more time in understanding the meaning/requirements/checklist of the SPP, General, General (University) visa categories.

Read the requirements of SPP visa checklist on www.vfs-canada.co.in/visaapplication.html

As per SPP visa checklist, it's NOT required to submit any work experience letter. If still in doubt, open/read SPP visa checklist.



*After reading your post/s, it looks you are mixing up many things, so here you go;


Paralegal course

1. I said, "Most likely, it's a diploma course", I hope you understand the meaning of "Most likely", instead you simply concluded that "It's a diploma course". I am sure I understand the term paralegal. In simple terms, paralegal is a secretary to a lawyer. And "as I said earlier", you do NOT need to be a law graduate to study a Paralegal (yes, you might need some "optional" law based work experience to get into a paralegal course, but it does NOT mean that you must be a law graduate to study paralegal). You plan to study a 'Graduate Certificate course in Paralegal', still you might/might not be aware that there is also a Diploma based course in Paralegal.

enfield listen bro i m realy messed up with so many things ... never mind if i reply rudely because i nvr intend to hurt u ...
i have given ielts exams 3 times .. nd today i had given an another attempt, on all previous 3 occassions i got 6 .. nd evn today too my exam didnt wnt well ... anyways dear paralegal is a graduate certificate in centennial college thats wot all i knw .. act my fiance evn talked with the centeenial international admission authority ..as she is currently studying in centennial college .. so she ellaborated my complete profile there infrnt of that person nd he told that i m eligible to do paralegal becs lots of students from india who have completed there law r doing this course presently ... nd yeah we can say that anyone can do that .. bt it is clearly mentioned in the college site that legal expereice is reuired..
