Dear Sir,
SUBJECT: APPLYING FOR THE STUDY PERMIT
With due respect, I have come to know that previously I have been refused or applied for study permit that I am not a bona fide or genuine student. But beside this, I have a legal educational background, financial support of my self and elder brother, passport number and national identity card number. I am a qualified having some experience in finance and accounting field. Moreover, it is my core desire to continue my higher studies from practical and research oriented environment like Canada. In Pakistan, there is extreme lake of practical and research oriented environment and tutors.
I have done my (Write Previou Qualification ), where I have studied different subjects of finance, accounting and management. According to “Canada’s Immigration & Refugee Protection Act and Regulation” I here declare that my nature of stay is bona fide and my purpose of visit is temporary for the period authorized for my stay in Canada for course (Desired Course). There are many reasons that I will leave Canada after the end of period authorized for my studies. Firstly,…………Secondly,…………… Finally, I will not contrivance the condition of admission to Canada & I don’t belong in a category of persons inadmissible to Canada under the Act.
I prepared some new documents in support of my new case for study permit, which will hopefully satisfy you that I am a bona fide and genuine student. While, my classes are starting from (mention date) but I also received one month extension letter from (Institution name). I hope, I shall be given a chance to grant a study permit to continue my higher studies from practical and research oriented environment.

There are many programs at XYZ college such as…......etc. at but I can wisely plan to study the XYZ program at the XYZ College because it will enhance my knowledge and skills in pure accountancy field. There is a quotation that is, “if you file to plan, you plan to fail”. The time management, scheduling of subjects and qualification is based on international accounting and auditing standards. However, accounting is the language of business and without accounting we are not be able to do a business. The big advantage for students of XYZ is that it provides the opportunity for study tours to multinational corporations, banks, industry, factories...etc. which will positively influence our knowledge. However the study tours at XYZ provides an opportunity to bridge what I learn in class room and how I can implement in external organizations because “practice makes a man perfect”. Moreover, as a student of IM Sciences, it is the golden opportunity to go abroad for the XYZ program at the XYZ college, for the purpose in order to learn, communicate and get experience in the diverse culture from highly qualified teachers.
I can participate in the XYZ Course at the, relates my academic and personal goals. There are many goal of life which is academic and personal in nature. For example, it is my great desire to become a good and ethical businessman and accountant in field of banking, trade, commerce and industry. While in participating in professional degree such as the XYZ program at the brings my future more efficient and effective. In participating XYZ program will gain not only specialist knowledge in finance and accounting, but also acquire valuable skills in organizational management and strategy. Moreover, the XYZ qualification is not just theory - the exams are practical case studies that will increases my skills as a whole and reduce the training costs of the employer.
To sum up, let me reiterate that the XYZ program at the XYZ College will have healthy influence on my career in pure accountancy filed that will lead my life toward progress. Cover letter is optional.... some people are even against it...
