Sop after refusal

Can some one provide mr any sample sop, I am have lots of problem to create my sop, as I have a refusal before.

10th: 60% (2018)

Applied for;

general business at Niagara college

BVL and refusal: 3 June 2022

Reasons given are;

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

• Refused under R216(1)(b). Given the applicant's previous education and/or employment history, I am not satisfied that the motivation to pursue this particular program at this point in time in Canada is reasonable.


Should I reapply?
what will be the exact reason?

I would be very greatly thankful for all the suggestions.

You should get GCMS notes to understand “purpose of visit” but officer doesn’t believe your program is relevant (taking a business program and have low grade in business). Why a Canadian business program? How will it help your career? Consider another program.
