We have received our Permanent Resident Visas and are landing in toronto in April 2010.
Our 24 year old son is already working in Canada as a Customer Service Rep on a one year work visa which expires in September 2010.
He wants to stay and live in Canada. Is there any way that he can get Permanent Residency.

Repeated!!.
Leon has already answered to your similar post made under "Skilled Worker" topics.

I believe you are allowed to sponsore only your parent if you are permanent resident. if your citizen it would have been different.

No. PR and citizen can both sponsor their parents, sons, daughters. Son and Daughter have to be single and under 22, they have to be full dependants on their parents and full time students if over 22.

To the OP:

Since your son is over 22 and has a job of his own, working in Canada right now, he can explore one of the immigration routes- CEC, FSW and he can get additional points for having a relative in Canada, you.
