Something weird on myCIC website

Hi all, I have just logged in and tried to access the status for my PR application and my BOWP application.

The status does not come up and the page seems to be refreshing. I think there might be a technical glitch on mycic.

Has anyone else noticed anything?

I wonder if this glitch could also be responsible for asking me to upload a document (for which there is no placeholder) because the document was loaded when I submitted my application on 10 April. In fact it says 'Document Provided'.

I don't understand what is going on.

This is extremely frustrating. Seriously hoping it is a technical problem.
