Someone please help me !! Cannot upload the IMM1294e form !!!

I tried everything the error says to do. Using the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat, I fill out the form, leave the signature panel empty, click on validate, bar codes are generated and press Ctrl+P to print the form as PDF and upload it. Every time it throws me the mentioned error

Try "save as" pdf.

Hello, can someone help to fix the form 1294 to upload in the system. i got the validated and the bar code but can't fix the uploading.
