HELLO EVERYONE, COULD SOMEONE PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE HELP ME OUT, I GOT REFUSAL LETTER TODAY FOR MY STUDY PERMIT, AND IT STATED REASON URPOSE OF VISIT, AND THIS IS MY SECOND TIME OF APPLYING I WONDER WHY THE CONSULAR MADE SUCH DECISION, COULD SOMEONE PUT ME THROUGH? CAN I STILL APPLY FOR THIRD TIME OR GO TO ANOTHER COUNTRY TO STUDY?

You can apply as many times as you want; however the decision will be the same unless something significantly changes with your application to convince the VO to grant you the visa....

thank you brother, I applied for may admission in Lambton college as a project management but i got refused and the reason why i got refused was the insufficient funds,purpose of visit,length of visit,employment status but my status change and i reapply again at the same college but in Information Technology, you know i felt that maybe it was because i choose PM for my early course so i change it to Information Technology professional but it was unfortunate that i got a refusal letter again that stated that Purpose of visit... have paid my school fee for 2yrs . my passport expire next year march,i wonder why i got this, and i really want to study and get a good life

Sorry to hear that. You still have "not" shared your profile. Your age, previous academic qualifications, your work experience, etc are all missing. Forum members need that info to guide you. Did you write SOP?

10th 10+2 undergraduate percentage ielts etc. Then only anyone can able to know and whats your 1st 2nd refussl reasons what are the changes you brought

i'm 29yrs, i have Bsc in Computer science, i own some professional certification from Ec-council, I am from Nigeria and at present i work for a Fabrics company as a computer analysis,what do you mean by SOP, if a personal letter to VO i did..

You don't provide full required information! What was the course in IT. IT is a broad field. SOP stands for Statement of Purpose. In it, you should have mentioned why you chose the program; how this particular program will help you in future. It's like a medium for you to explain something to the VO.

Unfortunately the VO believes that you are not a genuine student, but trying to immigrate to Canada

You should get CAPIS which will tell you point to point why you got refused. Get rid of those reasons and reapply. To get CAPIS letter you have to pay CA $ 45.00?

You can search about CAIPS. It'll provide you reasons why your visa was rejected. But in my view, you are 29 and are already employed. How will your course in Canada help you? What you plan to accomplish with this course in future? Did you mention all these questions in your personal letter (SOP)?
