guys, few things i wanted to ask

1) i logged on into the visadropbox thing of gerrys, my old computer number (when i first submitted my passport) shows that my PP has been delivered back to me, however the new receipt+computer number i got after submitting my PP after my medical shows invalid tracking no; should i be concerned?

2)upon completing 9 papers of ACCA (by Dec God willing) i will be able to get my BSc (hons) in applied accounting from oxford brookes uni (in the UK) which is an internationally recognized degree... can i then apply as a MBA student part time (at someplace like UoT, McGill, Waterloo, York etc?) and do my ACCA part time as well? if so, what would be the procedure? or will i have to come back to Pakistan after finishing my ACCA and apply all over again?

3)I have given the fees and registered for 6 ACCA papers, however i have a total of 7 papers remaining, if i were to pass all six papers in my allotted time and have a clean record, what are the chances of getting an extension on my study permit so that i could complete the remaining paper?

1)Call Gerry's and ask them about the situation, the computer number should work.

2)Check out the universities that will they accept the OXFORD BROOKS university Degree. The admission to MBA in Canada is very competitive and requires GMAT along with experience.If you change your college or university and the level of study is same then no problem other wise you will have to inform CIC.In my opinion continuing ACCA as part time should not be a problem but you will have tough time taking them side by side.

1. You should have talked to Gerry's on this matter by now.

2. Doing part time studies will disqualify you from getting OCWP and PGWP. If you are studying in a non participating college then you already don't qualify for OCWP and PGWP.

3. You can extend your SP.

LSBF is a private college i doubt that you can get off campus work permit or Post graduate work permit...........

i dunno man, their Canadian Business Experience Program required me to have to sessions of volunteer internships after my papers... it was all stated in my acceptance letter...

OCWP is Off Campus Work Permit
PGWP is Post Graduate Work Permit

You need to be a student of participating institute in order to get them.

There is no such requirements for getting Co-op work permit. If co-op/internship is the part of your studies then you will get your Co-op work permit.

After my ACCA, i would like to apply to Seneca for "Fraud Examination and Forensic Accounting", this is an "Ontario College Graduate Certificate".

These programes are good but first concentrate on ACCA , once you are there you will find many new and good options...e.g MBA , masters in accounting related field...
