Hi there - I have a few questions on these forms - I want to make sure I submit them 100% correct as who knows what happens come the end of this year with the program.
If anyone can help with any of the questions that would be awesome - I searched through this board but I could not seem to find the specific ones I am asking. Sorry if I missed something.
GENERIC APPLICATION FORM FOR CANADA
Q4 - Immigration Office requested for processing this application.
I am an Australian living in the United States - is there any benefit for choosing one over the other?
Q7 - have you received your Certificat de Selection du Quebec?
No I have not as I have not applied for one - nor do I need to. But if I answer no - it wants to know when I applied for it - am I missing a step?
SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND/DECLARATION
Q8 - personal history
If I was studying or traveling in some time periods - do I just write that in Activity and leave all other columns empty (except the dates)
What happens if you were studying and working - can you put both down on seperate lines?
SCHEDULE 3: ECONOMIC CLASSES - FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER CLASS
Q12 - Your Work Experience
Okay how on earth are you meant to fit your duties into that tiny box next to your years of experience - do you attach separate pieces of paper or do you write in all the boxes in that column?
Now I am also confused on this as the instructions on the form tell you to list all your occupations within the 10 years preceding the date of your application. HOWEVER the Instruction Guide says "list only occupations that fall in Skill type 0, Skill Levels A or B"
Which instruction do I follow?
USE OF REPRESENTATIVE
There seems to be no consistency with these forms and the instructions. The document checklist does not have (if applicable) after this form but it does on others - if I did not use a representative do i have to just submit an empty form, or do i not submit anything? I assume no, but it is just not clear - it is driving me nuts.
