Some Questions from beginner

Hello
I want to immigrate to Canada with my family , But my wife will be the main person that because of age.
but i have some question as following:
1-we have a Master degree, So we must send to WES both BSc and MD certificates for me and my wife?
2-if i buy a real state and i put these money to my wife' bank account, I must wait till 6 months for POF?
3-If my application refused because the money in bank account not complete 6 month, i will need to recreate new account with my new age or it will automatic accept after the POF complete 6 months?
4-if we take PR and i didnot complete my 3 years but my wife and childern complete, Can they apply for citizenship separately?
5-I must submit my application to one state or i can submit to all canada?

A : Please send both for ECA eval by WES , I believe CRS points will increase if ECA done for both.
2-if i buy a real state and i put these money to my wife' bank account, I must wait till 6 months for POF?

A: you can do that , funds should be in the account 3 to 6 months , ( in anyone account)
3-If my application refused because the money in bank account not complete 6 month, i will need to recreate new account with my new age or it will automatic accept after the POF complete 6 months?

A: I didn’t understand Q , but make sure you keep money in the accounts between 3 to 6 months ( don’t touch that ) .
4-if we take PR and i didnot complete my 3 years but my wife and childern complete, Can they apply for citizenship separately?

A: it seems to be yes , and not sure on this , expert input needed here .
5-I must submit my application to one state or i can submit to all canada?

A: One state: then PNP , through PNP, EE selection can made and go to that state for some time and move anywhere in CAN.

A: All Canada, then get CRS score 440 + and u will be selected for ITA and you can land anywhere in Can

Yes, you should send both undergraduate and graduate credentials for assessment.

However, if she is claiming to be physician as her primary occupation, then her medical credentials must be assessed by the Medical Council of Canada (instead of WES).

No, but you will need to keep records of the transaction (in case IRCC asks where the money came from). BTW the money does not have to go to her account, it can be in a joint account or even in your name.

If it is refused for any reason, you will need to create and submit a new profile if you want to re-apply.

Yes.

5-I must submit my application to one state or i can submit to all canada?
"It depends." You can select "All of Canada" for any of the federal programs (FSW is most likely the one for which you will qualify). However, if you are hoping to get selected under any of the Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), you will have to read the requirements for the province you are interested in - some are OK with "all of Canada", some require that you select that province only.

I mean with my question that if i sale real state and put the money today in bank and if i submit my application and get ITA after 2 months and they refused my POF because it's in bank for 2 months ony, What i will do?
1-wait for anther 4 months and recreate new application?
2-i will leave my application as it is and they will send to me ITA after 4 months?
3-or any thing else...

No, this is not an issue. But once you put the money in the account, it should say there while your application is being processed and until you complete your landing in Canada.

again, you should have documentation of the real estate sale to prove the source of the funds, if asked.
