Hi guys, first of all Im RSol, Im a mexican student and I want to go and study in Canada, in fact I just got my acceptance letter from Niagara College!!
Well, the problem is this: I was looking at the checklist provided by the visa application center's website, and then I saw that if the applicant is working he has to make either of this:
Well, I am a Lawyer here in Mexico, I studied laws and work at the Justice System in one of the lowest positions, but I applied to an enviromental technician program, which has nothing to do with law. I'm fearing that they will turn down my application because in my job the maximum permit I can get is 1 year (and I obviously understand it) and the duration of my program is 2 years, AND if I quit my job, then I fear they will see me just as an immigrant and deny it, since its pretty suspicious that a lawyer, working in a place for 3 years suddenly quits to go and study an enviromental technician diploma.
I've been really stressed this whole time, first trying to get the transcripts from my schools (which took ages) and then applying really late, and when I thought that everything was perfect I notice this
Makes me feel wish I had never worked
Any input or opinions are greatly appreciated!

Code:
- Get a permit from your job or proof that he must come back to work
- If you have quit your job, or are planning to do so, add a reference letter from your former employer and a personal letter explaining the motive for which you quit/will quit your job, the motive of your travel to Canada and your plans after finishing your program. It may require an interview.
