1. Do I need to take another set of printouts of the forms (eg. application form, schedule 1, schedule 3, etc.), or the forms that I sent to CHC will be sent to Buffalo and I just need to send the documents?

2. Do I need to send work experience and reference letters for my wife too? I am the primary applicant.

3. I got the AOR email from CHC on 19th Nov 2009 and am in the process of arranging the documents to be sent to Buffalo visa office. I am planning to move to a new address in February. How should I handle this scenario? Should I send the documents and then send the request for change of address a week or so later? Or should I send the documents along with the change of address at the same time (I may actually be able to get the documents only after I move the to the new address). This is linked to question 1, which is that if I have to send the forms again, then should I change the address in the forms too (in that case it will be different than that mentioned in the forms sent to CHC, and I will also have to change the address history section. I had run out of space in the form and if I add another address in address history then I will have to add a separate sheet of paper as attachment).

I know the 3rd question is very long. But I appreciate your suggestions.

Thanks!

for Q 3:

I also moved, I sent my new address after i sent the documents and recieved AOR.

Without AOr from buffalo, dont send new adddress details (it will be lost and there will no point of reference)

Also will you be able to wait till you get new address before your 120 days are over?

My suggestion is send documents ASAP and then wait for AOR. Once you have AOR then send address change. They are prompt for address changes.

I am going to ask the 2nd question again.

I am the primary applicant, do I need to send work experience and reference letters for my wife too?

The reason I ask this is that the Buffalo guide says the following.

"For the accompanying spouse: Original and up-to-date letters of reference, including all details as specified above, in respect of any employment in Canada under a work permit."

I am confused as to what does "in respect of any employment in Canada under a work permit" mean. Does this mean that I need to submit my wife's employment reference letters only if she has a job offer in canada, or is already working in Canada?"

Thanks in advance.

Only if she has work experience in Canada, yes.
