Some questions about oath ceremony

Hello.

There is an element that worries me a little : Is it better to send the signed document electronically, or is it better to print it, sign it with a black pen, then scan it and save it in pdf format before sending back? Which method do you prefer, and why? ( Which is the fastest? If I understand correctly, the two methods, you have to send the document AFTER the ceremony, right ?)

Another question : To send the document, did you reply directly to the email with the invitation, or did you create a new email, by copying the email address of cic?

I have a last one, sorry if I ask too many questions:
I have a computer with an integrated webcam which is not very very ''high tech'' The camera is a little blurry: Could this cause me a problem when the agents ask me to show a document, for example? ... It really stresses me out a lot.

Thank you very much everybody !

I did print, sign, scan, save and send it because this was the simplest and uncomplicated way of doing it. Either methods, it will be emailed after the ceremony so most likely it will be received at real time. What matter is how you complied it correctly.

I did create a new email when I sent it.

If I may suggest, you can purchase an external cam and return it after using it;).

Thank you for your answer.

It has already been done.

In the subject line of the email (I sent the email in response to theirs, as they requested during the instructions during the ceremony on zoom), I put the first name of the agent who proceeded to my identification.

I did as they said, but it confuses me a bit... There's just a first name in the subject line: I'm afraid that's not enough: It would be a good idea to answer one more another time to email, to send back the same pdf document, but this time to add my iuc number, and the request number, in the object line?

I had received an automatic response email when I sent the first time, but that does not reassure me enormously.

Thank you all for your patience: I know, I'm nervous and very anxious.

Don't over think it. The job is done. You'll get the certificate soon.
