As I had withdrawn my last application in June 2010 and got an official letter in Sept. 2010 from CIO for getting refund in 4-6 weeks but still no reply.pls. tell me CIO mailing address and e-mail address.
Secondly,October 2010 of London applicant?hav they got Medical request?

I am a January 2010 London VO applicant and still IP since Feb 2011, no medical yet...I think you got a long way to go since your question is from Oct 2010 applicant...
