I am on 441 although I go down to 436 in January. If I don't get in through express entry, I am looking at other options, mainly PNP. However, it is very confusing trying to determine if I am eligible. Many PNPs require residence/job offer although I think New Brunswick is an option for me (accountant, non-Canadian presence).
Has anyone been able to find a good summary of all of the programs and eligibility?
Also, do these programs open in January or at other set times? I don't really understand how it works and the various province websites don't appear to be of much help.
I'm just starting out with PNP so any good summaries/information would be appreciated.
