Some Important Questions

I have some questions on FSW. May be repeated but - Sorry folks!

1) When i applied in 2007 to Singapore CIC, that time i had applied under simplified application. That time i claimed 16 points for my English proficiency and 17 points for my work experiecne (as i had 2 years of work experience at that time). Now i will get an update request probably sometimes end of 2010 and i will sit for IELTS some months before that. But what if i dont get full 16 points now as per my claim through the IELTS score? May be i get 12 or 14 points! But due to hige waiting period my work experience now has increased and i might be able to get 21 points on that. Now my question is that, is that a possible scenario that they would accept such changes. My point at that moment was (Age 10 + Education 25 + Work 17 + Language 16) = 68 points in 2007.

2) I got married in 2007 end after i submitted my application and my wife had completed 12 years of high school education and now completing a 2 year program on Computer Applications & 3D Graphics - which we expect to have completed before the update document request comes. S0 she will have 14 years of formal education with one post high school diploma/certificate. Can i claim any point for her?

3) I was observing lot of people here are talking about CAIPS. Is it any good that i request a CAIPS note now. I dont expect them to look at my file at least for another 1 and 1.5 years from now. on MAY 2007, they said 42-46 months. But, may be CAIPS would let me know when they will open my case. Right?

Changes to your situation will be re-analysed to reflect your current situation once you submit your full application.

Yes. Once you update your application.

Request for it once you have a file number.

Dear members I'm new in this forum and I really need advice from you. WES evaluated my education as Master's degree, and I attached document which shows that now I'm PhD student in my country (from Nov. 2014- Nov 2016). The problem is that I forgot to mention the entrance of PhD study in my Personal history CIC received my application on 19th November. Any ideas what should I do.
