Solve my Confusion plzz..

Hello guys.
I am Pakistan...
I have applied a study permit for canada on 13th june 2011..I've got admission from uni of Alberta in MEng program...Uni of alberta gave me admission without any ielts but in embassy I've submitted my IELTS Score that is 6...That is enough score to satisfy VO??.. I am very confused

actully ielts score depends on the college your going to. you see every course in every colleges have different requirement level so if you qualify for the college admission thats good and more over that Overall band of 6 is decent ....all the best

Hey bro, mostly for masters program the requirement is 6.5 or above. But if your university has waived this requirement for you, then it's ok. But it is recommended, that you must provide chc with 6.5 bands, just to show them that your proficient at english. Because somewhere on this forum I read that a guy was rejected because of Course mismatch, home ties and Language abilities. So, according to my thinking "Language proficiency does matter in visa".

By the way, don't lose your hope. Be optimistic. You will get visa In"sha"Allah. may be I am wrong. Wish you good luck.

hey owais in which technology have u been admitted i am in Meng Mechanical |@UOA and as far as ur question is concerned as per my experience the embassy requires a score of 6.5 but somewhere at this forum i saw a person who haven given ielts and applied for the visa. The reason was the same his university of graduation was in the expemtion list. But its better if u can give IELTS and than apply,.

hello friends,i am so confused and scared right now,i have to apply for january session this time and i am worried,i have done in engineering in electronics and communication ,i had to pass out in 2009 because my batch was 2005 ,but i just passed out ,in 2011.and i have to apply for further studies in canada in project management course in humber college,and i am afraid because some one told me that because you did your degree 2 years late embassy will reject your visa when you apply ,is there any such thing ,how can i resolve it .plz help me out
