the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and
Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

I accomplished my high school education under the Central Board of Secondary Education in 2013 and in contiI completed my senior secondary education in 2016 from the Punjab School Education Board. After that I appeared for PTE test and got overall 51 score with reading -54, listening-46, writeing-44, speaking-60. I have applied for Associate Degree of Arts from University Canada West, Vancouver British Columbia.

I have shown valuation report, fd's, salary income. I know my pte score is fairly low but i have chosen university access program this is the foundation program that the enhanced my english level and i gave english test after 3 month, further i have choosen associate arts bechlour degree this course is relevent my own subjects.

Sir as i got my visa refused recently with a reason that u will not leave canada under act 216(1)IRPR.. my profile was 8 cgpa in 10th nd 58% in 12th stndrd with cbse board and i paid both one year tution fees and gic.. nd my ielts score was overall 6.5 not less than 6 .. what was the reason behind my reafusal nd there is not any gap issue as well
