If you are in a genuine married relationship, you can certainly be sponsored.

However, you should expect IRCC to ask questions about the following

1. You got married very quickly
2. Shortly after getting married, you applied for spousal sponsorship, but you withdrew the application at the stage of medicals. Your wife could have lived with you in T&T while the application went through.. there was no real reason to withdraw, at least not based on what you've said. Possibly it was an emotional decision, and that's fine, but you will have to explain it.

Again, based on what you just said it certainly sounds like a genuine marriage and relationship, so you shouldn't worry too much. You should gather evidence to back up everything you've said, and be prepared to face some skepticism, but in the long run you should be able to get your PR.

As @canuck78 said, you do have to prove that you've been living together. If you don't have strong evidence right now, then you should absolutely start to build it (open joint accounts, make sure she has a drivers license, insurance, and so on). You can build that over the course of a year and then apply.. at that point you'll have been married for 4 years so it's really not going to be much of an issue to get PR.
answers to question 1
the simple truthful reason as to why we got married so quickly was because we met on a online dating site
we spoke on whatsapp voice calls we video called each.other on Facebook for over 10 hour's per day every day we fell in love over social media the love we felt was so real and overwhelming at that time we really didn't care how immigration was gonna view that ....we follow our hearts and got married we didn't even stop to think about immigration

and answers to question 2
yes we applied and subsequently withdrew
reasons being
I didn't care which country we live in although I had my preference for Trinidad and tobago it didn't really matter
I just wanted to have my wife with me wherever possible and waiting to get Canadian P.R seemed to be taking forever so I let my emotions take over and had her come here to live.
I just love my wife and was desperate to be with her and trust me I still do love my wife
she and our kid's my step kid's that is... is my everything

You don't have to answer me, or anyone on the forum. You have to expect that IRCC will implicitly or explicitly ask these questions. It's not enough to just say the things you did, you have to back them up with proof (hence the documentary evidence).

IRCC isn't just going to take your word for it, you know.

Just gather the documentation and do things systematically and you'll be fine. You may want to talk to a professional as well.
