Solemn Declaration - PR Card not received

Hi,

I have not received my spouse's PR card, despite call center confirming that it was approved on 25th April. They then told me to fax a solemn declaration as it was more than 6 weeks.

I just now faxed it using one of the online fax services.

Now, my question is how do I confirm if they have received and started working on it???

Please suggest.
