Hello.
I was offered a job as a full time contractor (40 hours per week) at a software company. I will be signing a contract through an agency and they gave me two options as a contractor:
1) Sole proprietorship
2) Incorporation
First option is relatively easy to set up but I heard self-employment is not eligible to apply for CEC. I will be paid biweekly from the agency and I would like to know if incorporation is not considered as self-employed and whether I will be able to apply for residency after one year of experience on PGWP?
Could anyone answer this? Help!
