Hello!
query 1) I am applying for Express Entry to Canada, and while I was looking for my NOC code at cic.gov.ca website, I came to the closest decision of getting "NOC 4163", but I heard that category 0 (zero), A and B have more chances of getting invited. My job title was "Software Marketing Executive". Can anyone suggest any other NOC code which may match with my job? Job description includes:
  • Maintaining strong communication and liaison with clients, program organizers, stakeholders, and vendors, follow up different activities, inform customers of new products and generate sales, continuously explore opportunities for business. To ensure prompt response to customer queries.
  • To be able to write up and design marketing materials for each product reflecting key messages, features & benefits, ensure all materials do not deviate from established services.
  • To be responsible organize campaign to promote existing and new products with brand image, involve key stakeholders at each stage of campaign, generate report after campaign.
  • To prepare, preserve, and update client database in a formal way, maintain professional network with industry leaders and IT sector specialist, keep up to date with professional sector news.
  • To be responsible for achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
To conduct research, collect authentic and updated information on up-to-date product/technology from global market, make comparative study on features, facilities, prices, report to supervisor with necessary actions.

query 2) can I apply for PNP at the same time when I'm applying for express entry?

This is incorrect. They only consider your work experience if it falls under 0, A or B otherwise they will not consider them (i.e. they will not consider any C type work experience). All of them have the same priorities.

About your second question, yes, you can do that. As you can see from my timeline in my signature. I applied OINP and EE at the same time.

Sir, I would like to learn more. My CRS point is 381. With this point, which pnp may suit my profile, so that I can get accepted? I heard OINP needs more than 400. And Alberta, Saskatchewan both PNP are not match with me.

Idk much about PNP though. Usually, except for business streams, they seems to require local provincial experience (either you studied there or worked there).

For OINP, if you can find any employer to sponsor you. You can go under the FWS.
