Hi all,

I already had applied application in EXPRESS ENTRY pool. i am married and got 329 CRS score. I am going to apply in PNP. So what should I do to apply in other states. Someone said i should need to do CIPS certification for saskatchewan. but what about other states I need proper guidance. please guide me thanks in advance.

Only 2 easy going PNPs are there. SINP EE and NSNP Demand EE Category B, these are without Job offer categories, and No demand of High CRS. But intended occupation should be in their Demand list, only then one can apply. NOC 2173 is in SINP demand list, and it is regulated there (only in Sask it is regulated) . but you can apply for SINP now and go for process of licensing, both can run parallel. Need. It takes about 3-4 months to get license. The process is online.

Provide documentation from the Canadian Association of Information Technology Professionals (CIPS) showing your:

• Candidate Membership as an Associate Information Technology Professional (AITP); or,
• Certified Membership as an Information Systems Professional (I.S.P); or,
• Certified Membership as an Information Technology Certified Professional of Canada (ITCP).

For more information, visit the provincial regulator the Canadian Association of Information Technology Professionals (CIPS).

It would be nice that check your Eligibility first to apply for that.
Assessment Rating
You'll need to score at least 60 out of 100 points on the Point Assessment Grid to be considered for nomination by the SINP.

Points are awarded based on the following five factors:

• Education and training;
• Skilled work experience;
• Language ability;
• Age; and,
• Connection(s) and adaptability to the Saskatchewan labour market.

Be sure to provide documents to prove that you’re eligible and meet the five factors above. For example, if you claim 20 points for having a university degree, you must attach a copy of your university degree and complete transcripts. If your degree is printed in a language other than English or French, you must also attach a translated version.

Could you please clarify :

you are suggesting that we can submit the online application for SINP - PNP program by just submitting the experience letter for employment section and later on we can submit/email the license to SINP team ISP/AITP/CIPS once we get that ? is that correct ?

NOCs 2173 and 2175 are regulated in Saskatchewan only.

Hi, anyone know any province which accept noc 2173, without job offer. Earlier saskatchewan was there but now it is not.

No, it is not in SINP demand list.
No job offer required, if Intended NOC is in the list.

Yes, you can go for SINP Job offer SUB category.
BUT it is at least impossible for out land applicant to get a job offer here.
This category is mostly beneficial for Study Visa applicants and Temporary work permit holders .

I think 2173 is there in Manitoba, Quebec, and BC and Ontario

Manitoba, BC have not without job offer option.
