Software Engineer - Can I get PR under PNP program - pls help

Hello friends,
I am a software engineer. Though I am able to get 72 points, my CRs comes only about 391. So I am unable to get the ITA via FSW program. So thinking of trying some PNP program. Which provinces can I try as a software Engineer. Are there any chance for me for Ontario PNP. My uncle is living there so it wpuld be easy if I can get there.
What are my chances. Do I need a job offer from canada to try a PNP. I badly need to get some form of PR to canada.
Please help me friends. Your help is very much appreciated.

Try to get CIPS ISP certification. My score is much lower than yours, so I'm thinking of getting the same but have not decided yet.

You can go for OINP. They have special scheme for IT professionals. Below 400 CRS applicants also apply.
In addition, SINP EE (NOCs 2173 and 2175 in Demand list)
NSNP Demand EE category B (NOCs 2271, 2174, 2281 and 2282 in the list)
Both programs don't need job offer. NSNP is very fast.

These are good options for you, you can read the process for these provinces. They keep on opening after certain interval, so, you have to be ready with all documentation.

For SINP and NSNP only 230 CRS points req.
For OINP around 380 CRS

But for ontario (OINP), their web site says you need a minimum CRS of 400.
Were there anyone got nomination around CRs 380
Is there any site where we can find the history of cut-off CRs for OINP

What was your CRS score brother ?

hi all, i have crs of 325. i know there are no chances in express entry.(dont want to give ielts again too)
just wanted to know chances of getting pnp
noc 2171/2173/2283 software engineering
has anyone got pnp with crs 300-350 and in above noc.

Only Sask ee and NSNP DEMAND EE CATEGORY B are good. Without job offer. 2173 is in SINP ee demand list and regulated.
2271 is in NSNP and non regulated.

Means licensed and non........ and these rules are province wise . This 2173 is non regulated in other provinces.
License precess can take 8-10 months.
