Soft Landing

Hi I'm planning to do a soft landing in June in Vancouver. I have a couple of questions if someone can help out.

Is it okay to give a PR card delivery address in Toronto if you decide to do a soft landing in Vancouver?
We plan to get our inventory/valuables when we decide to permanently settle in Canada. Do we need to declare any goods on our soft landing? Is there any form that can be used?

did you complete your softlanding ? how was it ? whose adress did you give for your PR cards ? did you mention that you were softlading when you were in the middle of completing your landing paperwork at the airport ?
