Soft landing experiences

Hello All,

Can anyone please share their detailed recent landing experience (In Toronto YYZ preferably) ?

I am going to do a soft landing in on Oct 14th till 26th and want to take most advantage of my stay... so please also advise on things that I should be able to finalise before I make my full move in June 2018... Bank account? driving license? Job search ? ...etc
