Can you please help me to calculate points for education?

I graduated from Trade University (4.5 years full time) at BA level and have certificate on Chief Accountant (6 months course) => how many points I have for education (20 or 22). Pls help.

that doesn't say much: if you have at least 17 yrs of full time education with a Masters/PhD, you get 25 points. so u need to calculate all the yrs u've been in school.
The guide says: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp

Master’s or PhD AND at least 17 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study: 25

Two or more university degrees at the Bachelor’s level AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study:22

A three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study:22

A university degree of two years or more at the Bachelor’s level, AND at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study: 20

A two-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship AND at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study:20

It's simply acknowledgment of receipt. VOs (not all) send it to applicants when file is trannsferd there from CIO. It varies, usually up to months after PER....check the tracker and you will have a bit of idea what I mean.

Thank you Mandie. Then I think I got my second AOR in August. When usually they start processing after the second AOR? some people get it fast some slow I wonder what is the reason behind it.
