Hi senior and fellow applicants

As I inform in the blog earlier that I got NER due to my job responsibilities is not match (case officer think) with the occupation category I applied.I am going to submit my file very soon. I am going to submit another JD where I will mention all my major responsibilities. However, I am confused that-
1. should I modify my earlier Job responsibility and add some new responsibilities I done

or

2. should I keep my previous Job responsibilities as it is and add some new responsibilities. Pls reply.

Dear Samirsa,

Who has rejected your application? Is it CIC or the visa office?
Regarding you query I felt that once you send the documents to CIC they have that in their files. So if you write completely new activities it might be suspicious for CIC. You can rewrite the activities as suggested in NOC.

Best of luck .

Hi Nashe

I have got one query :

1) Inmy second AOR issues on 8 JUne 2011 visa office mentioned a file number starts B**** ***** but when I want to use this number it does not work in the system. The previous ID number given by CIC only works. Any views on that.

Thanks

Hi Efer
We have 2 no, they can be start with B,E or F, so find your other no which may be traceable, your CIC ID will be your basic file no.

Thar's a shame cos you could have still applied on your own without a consultant....

to qualify, you only need one year full time paid work experience or the equivalent in part time employment. So in your case, the latter applies

also none of my experiences match my qualifications, but, i have got reference letters , pay stubs everything ever to support my experiences for both the positions....
it is only the duties you have performed which mattters. Degree comes in when you want to acquire points under education. Check the link to social work duties below to see if your duties match with them. The reference letter you present should show that you majority of these duties....

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!! Hope this piece helps! Mandie

Hello All,

A friend of mine is looking to immigrate and was keen to know if a Social worker assistant can apply as he does not have the qualifications so is not dealing from the forefront but is more of an assistant to his boss.
Or does this not matter as long as he can show that he is doing 50-60% of the job duties ?

Thankyou

Hello fellas,
If we are submitting original documents then do we have to submit It's notarized copies as well?

Best regards

Hi Sanity,

People take up jobs which many a times does not justify their qualifications. For CIC, it is only the job duties of the applicant that is important irrespective of his qualifications.
