LVO will only keep this change of address and update the record, they will not get back to u on this in my opinion.

If u want ur partner to accompany u, u will have to send the revised forms, with DD of Can$ 550 to Vo.

A good news from my side is that they have issued my medical forms.

Actually last month (15th September) I got a letter for updated forms, PCC, RPRF, NEW PICTURES and UPDATED POF. I sent them a cse about my med, they replied that they will send it when they will received new pictures. After sending all required documents on 26th September I again sent a cse on 9th October and on 18th I got reply that they have issued my medical forms and it will leave CHC through next tcs shipment (last shipment was on 6th so next may be any time this week or next week).

One more thing is that I have also got my 4th GCMS notes on 17th October. And it was mentioned in VO notes that issues medical on the same date when they start process on my file (18th June 2012) but delayed due to new pictures requirement.

If someone got updated forms request along with new pictures then sure he will get his medical this month.

Yes u should have sent it straight away..

Anyways, u are the one who has to send them the updated forms, 550$ dd, PCCs, Updated Bank statement/Bank certificate, his pics, infact you have to do almost every form for him as u did for urself, in the beginning.

Don't wait for their reply...

Send it ASAP, and I hope they will not waste more time on asking u for updated forms, and will issue u the MRs.

I was at Canadian High Commision in London today and picked up my COPR. Date of issue is the 25th October 2012. ;D ;D

Next step, landing in Canada (planned for mid December).

Dear All,

I received my medical & Pakistan PCC request with all my original documnets back today through TCS. On 15th Sep 2012 I got request for updated forms, RPRF, 10 months bank statement, and Kuwait PCC request which I sent to LVO on 25th Sep and received at LVO on 26th Sep 2012. Today I received my medical dated 11th Oct 2012.

Thanks to all for your support, and I pray that all waiting get their medical & PPR soon INSHA- ALLAH.
