So that should not require letter of attestation.

As of January 22, 2024, most students must include an attestation letter from the province or territory where they plan to study with their study permit application.
If you apply without an attestation letter your application will be returned unless you’re either
  • a minor child in a primary or secondary school (kindergarten to grade 12)
  • a student in a masters, PhD or other post-graduate program
So this means a "Post-Baccalaureate Diploma" does not need an attestation letter, correct?

  • student applying to extend your study permit

Will post graduate diploma or post graduate certificate applications need attestation letter?

It's kind of confusing, do 2 year post graduate programs applicants are exempted from this letter of attestation from provincial territories while filing application of their study permits on IRCC?

If they count both college and university post graduate programs then attestation letter would not be required. But again it is not defined. Are you single?

Hello, I got LOA for Post Baccalaureate Diploma - Operations & Supply Chain Management at KPU in BC, Do I need an attestation letter?
Not sure. Am also applying at KPU. Asked them but no response yet. You could also try inquiring with them.

I got admission to a "Post Degree Diploma" program in a public university, so guess I don't need the attestation letter?

For those who have already applied, like a week ago with spouse and kids are we affected in anyway?
