Before the full job details, So far I think this job puts me under NOC 2282 but I just need some/any veifification and thoughts on it because the Job Requirements are a little lower than the HRSDC description. I've shortened the description just to include main points given im typing this all out. Now the description excludes this because they're under contract by their client, but the work is for an ISP and we troubleshoot and resolve people's internet connections.

It's tech support so I'm thinking 2282 too. It's not specialised enough for 2281 (Computer network technicians) and nothing else really comes close.

Short answer - you probably qualify. In general if you perform the "lead" (first) item in the duties (which is "communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced" in this case) and/or a good number of the other duties, then you are a fit for the NOC code.

In any case, qualifying work experience comes under NOC levels 0, A, and B. If you look at the NOC matrix (http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/html/matrix.html) you'll see that in skill type 2 - the one that includes IT related occupations - there are no occupations below skill level B.
