SMU Distance Education : Fulltime or partime

I have a B.Sc IT 3 years degree from Sikkim Manipal University via distance. Would anyone know for Express entry should I mention it as fulltime or partime in the profile..

This would be clear when your ECA is done. Try out the mock assessment tool on WES' website to determine if you should mention as FT/PT. If at all not clear call CIC and clarify. Hope this helps !

I hear sikkim manipal university distance education is not recognised by WES.

does WES give master degree for this?
