Small shop for cell phone sales & repair.

Dear friends,
I am planning to move Canada in 2013 aug.
I have my own shop for sales and repair for all type of mobile hand sets at my country.
And I have very good knowledge for all hand sets( imported) so far,
Is it possible to open a small shop for the same business in Canada any province.
Pls do suggest if possible,

I have no idea what to do since you would be self-employed. Maybe the Gov of citizenship and immigration has more info.

Be aware that to start such a business, you must be either a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
