Early this year (2017), we observed the fast rate of Passport Request from different Visa Offices for different immigration streams, especially few days/weeks after passing medicals. But just about June 2017, there was a dead silence with the processing of the paper-based applications, to the extent that applicants who have passed their medicals for the past 3months+ are still waiting for PPR while the FSWs are progressively being issued with PPR & COPR. Meanwhile more and more ITAs are being given across the stream while outstanding applications are still there with no explanation for the delay.
Could anyone offer any explanation for this recent trend in non-issue of PPR to the paper-based group? Thanks for your effort.
