My ielts result is out and I made the following: Speaking 7.0, Writing 7.5, Reading 6.5 Listening 5.5. Overall Score 6.5(?). I think this should have been =/> 7 (do not know how they arrived at 6.5). The question is this: Does this qualify me to apply as a Mechanical Engineer?

With an overall band of 6.5, can I apply under the FSWP as an Engineer?
