if someone is a skilled worker and an accredited translator and they studied outside of canada, what does the cic mean that they would be assessed to see what their skills are? how would cic assess them in this case and if so, would it be to see if what theyre claiming as far as their education goes is legitimate? how and why does cic make this assessment? can someone please share with me their opinion? rsvp. thank you.

You need to spend more time researching Canada's immigration programs on the CIC web site. Your questions are very easily answered there.

You need to get your education officially assessed (through an accepted organization like WES) in order for it to be recognized.
