Can anyone help me to guide , whether Can I apply under Federal skilled worker category from India without IELTS result at the time of submission of application and later on within 120 days I will submit it . Also let me know that in the initial stage should I need to submit only application forms along with fees or I have to submit all the documents listed in Check list.
