Skilled worker visa for Singaporean

Can anyone help me answer the following questions?
1. I got my Singapore Citizen status 5 years back. Should I need to take any English Language Proficiency Test (IELTS)?
2. I have got a 3 years polytechnic diploma and 2 years part time degree. So how many points for Education level in my case?
3. How can I show the fund? Any bank statement will do or any specific documents needed?
4. My aunty is currently a canada citizen. What are the documents needed to proof the relationship for adaptablity level?

1) depends on where you were originally from. If from Asia, you should do IELTS.
2) If you have total of 15 years of full time education, then 22 points.
3) bank statement should be okay.
4) Birth certificates of yours, hers and anyone else that shows a common link between you and her. I am not sure what else you need to show.
