Skilled Worker or Family Class --- Which one is suitable?

Hi,

One of my friend who is presently holding a Canadian PR. He got married recently and his wife likes to join him.

She also qualifies to immigrate as a Skilled worker. What is the best option?

Skilled worker or Family class?

Just give your views please and also does the processing time differs for both the category.

Always Family Class.

Faster Processing for Spouses.

Far less paperwork i.e. work experience, education, language etc.

No need to show funds and sponsor is exempt from LICO under Spousal Sponsorship

If overseas mission is processing, there is a right of appeal at IAD if the application fails

I think LICO means Low Income Cut Off
