Skilled Worker-Chef/cooks category within Canada

I am graduating from a 2 year course in Toronto and want to apply for my PR then, I will have 70 points after my education and will have a permanent job as a cook over and above my points. I wanna know if I can put my file in New Delhi or is it mandatory for me to choose Buffalo as my office. and in Both scenarios the processing times.. I mean what's mentioned on the CIC website is true to what degree??

Do you any previous experience? Because for CEC n FSW you at least need 1yr of continuous work exp...

@ Sair Ram.. yes I do have work experience from India.. 3.5 years and that why after completing my education I am able to reach 70 points.

You will be able to apply in either country if India is your country of citizenship. You have the choice.

Hi Himanshu....for both CEC n FSW you need to send in ur initial application to CIO. I suggest you put New Delhi on ur file, because Buffalo takes forever...
