Guys! I have 2 questions. If somebody can answer, I will be grateful.
(1) When we apply for immigration under skilled category and we submit our documents, e.g. work experience, does immigration office ask for work experience letter from exmployee or they ask for pay stubs and bank statements (proving salary deposits) as well?
(2) If someone (unmarried) is applying under his father, who will be principal applicant under Federal Skilled Category, and if father's case is rejected, the son can later apply as a principal on his own? Will father's rejection effect him?
Thanks ...
