Guys! I have 2 questions. If somebody can answer, I will be grateful.

(1) When we apply for immigration under skilled category and we submit our documents, e.g. work experience, does immigration office ask for work experience letter from exmployee or they ask for pay stubs and bank statements (proving salary deposits) as well?

(2) If someone (unmarried) is applying under his father, who will be principal applicant under Federal Skilled Category, and if father's case is rejected, the son can later apply as a principal on his own? Will father's rejection effect him?

Thanks ...

I'm not an expert either but

1) read the instructions to find out what documents to send

2) Rupeshhari is right, the son can apply again himself, the fathers rejection will not affect him. Also depending on why the father was rejected, he may be able to fix that and apply again himself.
