Hi

By march i will be ready with my documents and IELTS and ready to submit PR .and my query is can i need to wait until may 4 2013 ?? or can i apply in march.

Can you please suggest(i am in canada under FSW class from may 2011 working for IBM).

If you have arranged employment (e.g., an offer from IBM for a permanent position) then you can apply at any point in time.

If you DO have such an application, you might wish to check with them and see if they participate in a PNP program, since that would be much faster.

IBM will not process PR For us ,i am applying personally ,i have only 2 years work permit from IBM.since may 2011 i am working for IBM after may 2013 i have to leave canada.so before that i want to apply.

I think you can apply through CEC since you do have canadian work experience.

Right - since you have at least one year of qualifying experience (assuming you have a NOC 0, A or B position with IBM) then you can submit your application for CEC. I know the also offer bridging open work permits now for some economic classes, so you might want to see if you could qualify for that - but three months may be too short for that, so you might have to try and see if you can renew your existing work permit.
