Skilled trades stream EE ONIP Notification of interest

I created a profile in EE april first week and i am eligible to apply under oinp skilled trades stream. My crs score is 369. And I completed one year as a meat cutter 6331. Do i require a trade certification in the fied?. How many days it will take normally to get NOI from ontario.
