Skilled job offer, but no experience

I've got a job offer as a baker. But I have no experience for that.
The lawyer said baker is a skilled job, so I need baker experience (3~4 years). If I don't have it, I can't apply work permit even though I've got a offer.

Are experiences really important?
If yes, is there any way to get permit?

I really need help. Thank you

So you have no experience as a baker but have been offered a job as a baker, sounds as though could be an immigration scam given no employer would offer a job to someone with no experience. Surely not even in your home country .Do you have a copy of the offer to post here with personal details removed.

It's not a scam. I visited the store and met the employer. He said it's okay without experience and it's not difficult if I get all training from him.

After 2 hours talking, he decided to support me for LMIA and work permit.
