Skilled immigration from Dubai ------- London office

1) I have applied in July 2008 through simplified application process to LON office.
2) got confirmation of receipt in Sep 2008.
3) Received letter to send all more docs in Nov 2008 (with IELTS, Police Certificate, proof of fund etc) .
4) Received another letter for more/ revise docs (as there was some translation issue and revise proof of fund etc) in Feb 2009
5) Got medical examination request in August 2009
6) Done medical exam in Sep 2009 and sent in few days.

Now i have two questions ,

a) how long will it take to get further correspondance / permanant resident papers etc or there is still a chance of getting interview call . It is not mentioned in the letter that interview is already waieved off but asked directly about medical papers. E-case is still showing "In-Process"

b) Second i read other posts on this site where people are talking about PR / RPC sent with medical exam result but i did not get any other request with medical papers ? what is this ? did i miss anything

It can take 2-4 months before they ask for your passports and interview has been waived as u got medicals request.

b) Second i read other posts on this site where people are talking about PR / RPC sent with medical exam result but i did not get any other request with medical papers ? what is this ? did i miss anything. It could be that you might have paid it earlier with your application fee and in some cases, CIC has asked people to submit it with their passport request letter, so fingers crossed

Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate. There are two question again.

b) I have not paid Right of landing fee as yet. Can you or anyone advise what is the next process now , will i get pass request forms ? etc or what.

c) Second I want to know if i will pass through all processes and my application got approved then how much time they will give me to arrive in Canada? I know normally they give one year as visa validity as per normal process but what about as per new process after Nov 2008 changes and who applied throguh simpliied applicaiton process and also got short-listed in 38 catagory of skilled workers.
